Shine – You're a Star!

Today, I came back from my cousins house at 11:00 or something, because I slept over there last night. When we woke up in the morning, we started making posters with important words or quotes on it- this gave me an idea!

As I live with my other cousins for now(not the ones I slept over with) my whole family shares a room. Then,today, it came to my mind that-“Why not? when I move into my own house, I will have lots of posters to choose from if I keep it in one folder… I’m a genius!”

Later on today, we went to see some open houses. I’m so excited! How are your posters going to look like? What’s your style?Comment down to tell me!

My brother gave me one word-short. This is a challenge to see how many times I use the word short in just 3 sentences- and how understanding  it is… here I go!

“I have such a short number of people in my family,” the short boy said. Another short boy, who was shorter than the other short boy, exclaimed back,”Well… you should very shortly be thankful, because I have a shorter IQ than you!”

“You are right,” the first short boy thought,”You are everything shorter than me- I should be happy!”

Today, me and my family are going to be celebrating Holi!

Do you know what Holi is? If not, here is a very  brief explanation about this Hindu Festival…

It is where we celebrate about the story of our gods, and from the evening of March 12th till the evening of March 13th, we play with colors on our faces and clothes!!!!!!!!!!! It is sooooooooooooo fun!

Tonight, my cousins are coming over, and we are going to have dinner and celebrate… I can’t wait!

Why don’t you find someone who looks like they need to know more about this festival, and explain to them by looking online and using my notes, tell them all about it?

Have you ever said to yourself…

“Why does it have to be summer! Why can’t it be winter where it snows?” You’ve probably said that whenever you go outside and the hot air swipes across your face, covering it with sweat within a few minutes.

Or, have you ever said to yourself…

“It is soooo cold!!Why can’t I have another hundred layers of clothing, or why can’t it be summer!” You’ve probably also said that, whenever you exit the warm house, and the chilly breeze harshly slaps you across the face.

Even though these negative thoughts come into our heads, what are the positive thoughts?

Well, lets have a look…

“Yay! I’m so happy that it is so warm today- Summer! I can where my shorts and my favorite sleeveless t- shirt… and… and… ICE-CREAM!”

How about another one?

“Oh,yes! It’s snowing… I’m going to wear my really warm fluffy jacket, and my really warm hat and gloves! I can’t wait to play in the snow!”
